Cancellation & Refund Policy
At The Magic Himalaya, we understand that travel plans can change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all travelers. By confirming your booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment is received. In case of cancellation, the refund will be calculated based on the number of days remaining before the travel start date.
• 30 days before travel – 50% refund of total amount
• 25 days before travel – 40% refund of total amount
• 20 days before travel – 30% refund of total amount
• 15 days before travel – 20% refund of total amount
• Within 7 days of travel – No refund applicable
No cancellations or refund requests will be entertained beyond the above timelines. Any processing charges, transaction fees, or third-party costs will be deducted where applicable.
Refunds will be processed within 2–4 weeks depending on banking procedures. In case of cancellations due to natural calamities, weather conditions, or government restrictions, refund decisions will be taken based on the situation.

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, travel documents, and maintaining proper conduct during the trip. Any damage caused due to negligence will be the responsibility of the traveler.
